Basically anyone! It's so versatile and user friendly its crazy.
It does all the good things you expect from a mid length, loads of paddle power and glide and yet still goes rail to rail easily.
The volume is really well hidden through the core of the board, its nicely foiled and the rocker line is spot on. The board delivers plenty of hold in bigger waves but is agile enough to stay fun in smaller waves, its a great all rounder.
You'll be able to surf this board in almost any conditions, it doesn't mind a bit of wind or chop, its slices through it with ease. A lower level surfer will find it stable and easy to get on with, it has a big sweet spot and paddles well to give a high wave count. You can surf it from the middle of the board and get it turning. The more accomplished surfer will find it really responsive and a lot of fun too, once you get your foot back over the fins it really comes to life.
