Join us on a beginner winging lesson where you'll learn the fundamentals in a safe and supportive environment. Our instructors will guide you through turning techniques, proper weight distribution, and basic steering skills.

The lesson will start with onshore preparations, including setting up the board and foil, securing the wing, and understanding proper gear positioning. You'll then progress to flying the wing on shore, practicing hand placements, foot positioning, and maintaining balance.
Transitioning to the water, you'll learn how to orientate the board across the wind, and begin your first winging experience. Our instructors will guide you through turning techniques, proper weight distribution, and basic steering skills. By the end of this lesson, you'll have a solid foundation to get you up on foil.

Intermediate Winging
Take your winging to the next level with our intermediate lesson designed to enhance your technique and expand your capabilities. The lesson also covers turning while on the water, using effective footwork and switching hands seamlessly.

Building upon the fundamentals, this lesson focuses on refining your flying skills and developing greater control. You'll get an introduction into tacking and gybing techniques, including gentle heel and toe pressure, to navigate smoothly through various wind conditions. The lesson also covers turning while on the water, using effective footwork and switching hands seamlessly. Additionally, you'll explore the exhilarating realm of foiling, mastering getting up on foil, pumping techniques, and maintaining stable flights. Our instructors will provide personalized guidance and feedback through headsets and safety boats to help you progress confidently as you become stoked for winging!

Advanced Winging
For experienced winging enthusiasts seeking the ultimate challenge, our advanced lesson will take you to new heights of performance. This lesson is tailored to proficient wing foilers aiming to refine their skills and tackle more advanced maneuvers.

Learn to read and ride waves, position yourself for optimal rides and mastering carving turns with precision. Or even take flight with jumping techniques. The lesson also focuses on wing maneuvers, advanced foiling entries and exits techniques with tacking and gybing. Our expert instructors will provide detailed analysis and personalized coaching to help you push your limits and achieve peak performance on the water.

Wing foiling is the latest craze to sweep the watersports world. A combination of kitesurfing, windsurfing and hydrofoiling!
We can offer a 2 hour lesson, 1st hour you get to grips with "flying" the Wing on a stable windsurf board before prgressing onto the specific foil board.
